We've been cooking away behind the scenes for months getting ready for this year's AtoZ Blogger Challenge - the yearly challenge in which more than 1,000 bloggers from across the world post every day except Sundays in April beginning with A and ending with Z.
You'd better believe the Housewives are up to the challenge! And you know that we creative and crazy gals would of course put our devious little heads together and come up with an appropriate theme for you guys. Want to know what it is?
Well, get ready!
Drum roll, please?
Yeah, that'll do :-)
This year's theme is....
Around the House from A to Z! We Housewives are bringing you 26 special tips, tricks, how-tos, articles, and fun this month all centered on the way we turn our chaotic homes into well-oiled machines. Or, at least, slightly less squeaky duct-taped contraptions.
Please be sure to join me, Tammy, Elizabeth, and Tara the entire month of April and welcome our special guest poster AG Porter for the letters I, K, and M. We promise it'll be fun, and there might even be wine left if you get to it before Tammy does ;-)
In the meantime, check out all of this year's fabulous participants here.
See you April 1st!
Sounds great! I love a good household how-to tip!
ReplyDeleteWe've got plenty coming! Thanks for stopping by :-)
DeleteI am going to be a housewife in a few months and I really look forward to reading all about this. Love the humor too.
ReplyDeleteHey, congratulations!!! *Passes the wine*
DeleteSounds useful. I'm a pathetic housewife. :-D
ReplyDeleteme too! thats why i love company!
DeleteGreat theme - while I don't live in a house (I live on a sailboat), I bet I'll be able to pick up some tips and tricks to keep things less chaotic in my floating home. Cheers - Ellen | thecynicalsailor.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteNice! We're sailors, too, and most of my tiny living tips come from what we've learned from organizing our long trips on the boat. There's nothing like a tiny galley to teach you out to optimize storage :-)
DeleteDarn it and I was hoping you were going to visit and SHOW us how to spring clean! I need all the help I can get! :) Looking forward to it!
ReplyDeleteHaha! Hands on demonstrations will cost a bottle of wine and all the Oreos you've got ;-)
DeleteSounds useful. Most of us could do with some help on duct taping the contraption :) Good luck with the challenge.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes.

DeleteCool topic. I'll have my kids check in. They're great at making messes but not so good at cleaning and such.
ReplyDeleteOh, we offer training classes! Just send them over and we'll put them to work. I promise we won't send them back until our houses sparkle. Purely for their own instruction, of course ;-)
Deletesounds fun and no doubt lot of good tips
ReplyDeleteWe're hoping it will be a blast!
DeleteThere will be a lot of things to post about with this theme! See you in April--tons of times. Well, 26.
ReplyDeleteYou're not kidding! Narrowing it down is the hardest part.
DeleteSounds great! Looking forward to it.

ReplyDeleteBut there's a chance I'll learn a thing or two, right?

ReplyDeleteDebbie
If it's some of the new fancy leopard print duct tape, put it everywhere! ;-)
DeleteI don't want to know the people whose machines are already so well-oiled that they don't need new tips and tricks. What a fun idea! :)
ReplyDeleteThose people only exist for us to make faces at behind their backs!
DeleteAwesome theme! I hope to find some helpful tips and tricks! See you in April ~Lori~

A useful and practical theme, as I'm often wondering if there's a more efficient way for me to do what I do around here. See you in April!
ReplyDeleteGreat choice! As I try to manage a demandig job and a house, I need to follow this!
ReplyDeleteI just bought a house recently and the amount of work is sometime overwhelming, so bring on the helpful tips and tricks and don't forget the wine!

ReplyDeleteThis is something I could use a lot of help in. Luckily, I've got some duct tape. ;)
ReplyDeleteJ here, stopping by from the #atozchallenge - where I am part of Arlee Bird's A to Z Ambassador Team.
ReplyDeleteExcellent choice for an A to Z challenge theme. Good job. My theme is the craft of fiction writing. Tips, lessons, and prompts from various writing reference books. I follow it up with a sample of my work.
Your theme intrigues me. I'm quakers for duct tape! Kidding, I'm kidding. Let a guy have a joke. Your theme does sound cool though.
April should be exciting. I'm looking forward to the event. Best of luck to us both on meeting our goals of posting and hopping to other blogs.
My blog has a giveaway. There's a bonus a to z challenge each day to encourage people to visit more stops.

I've followed your listed social media.
This is my first year participating in the A to Z challenge and I have a goal of at least visiting every blog on the list by the end of the month (maybe I am crazy?!). Anyway, I love your theme! I will be checking back a couple of times in April to check out your posts. By the way, do you think you will be posting something about how to manage your time? I am a work at home mom, I work 40 hours a week and publish on my blog daily, write books, and I struggle with finding time for myself. Anyway, thanks! I will be checking back. Cassie from Mommy, RN
ReplyDeleteThis is going to be amazing. I'm looking forward to read your posts...
